This high-performance Mini Flap Wheel is an essential addition to any precision toolkit, specifically engineered for
detailed grinding, blending, and finishing. With a 29.5mm diameter and a 9.5mm width, its compact profile allows you
to navigate tight corners, internal curves, and intricate contours that standard sanding discs often miss.
The abrasive surface features a 120 grit rating, offering a versatile ‘medium-fine’ finish. This grit level is ideal
for smoothing out rough surfaces, removing light flash or scale, and blending welds without leaving deep scratches
behind. It provides enough bite for efficient material removal while leaving a surface that is nearly ready for
final polishing.
Designed for seamless integration, the wheel is equipped with a 3.2mm (1/8′) shank. This ensures universal
compatibility with most high-speed rotary tools, including Dremel and other common die grinders. The shank is
precision-balanced to minimize vibration, allowing for steady control even at higher RPMs.
The wheel’s ‘fan’ design consists of multiple abrasive flaps bonded to a central core. As the tool rotates, these
