This 125mm Zirconium Flap Disc is engineered for high-intensity industrial applications requiring rapid material

than standard aluminium oxide, offering a faster cut rate and a longer service life when working with stainless
steel, structural steel, and other hard metals. The flat profile design is optimized for precision grinding on flat
surfaces and outside edges, allowing the operator to maintain maximum contact and control for a consistent, level
finish.
Constructed with a heavy-duty fiberglass backing, the disc provides a rigid and stable foundation that effectively
absorbs operational vibrations and resists high-pressure wear. This reinforced structure ensures safety and
efficiency during aggressive tasks such as heavy weld grinding, scale removal, and edge chamfering. The
