The Medium Non-Woven Flap Disc is a specialized abrasive tool designed for blending, cleaning, and light deburring
applications on a variety of surfaces.

The ‘non-woven’ construction, a durable web of synthetic fibers impregnated with abrasive grains, provides a gentler
cutting action than traditional abrasive flap discs. With dimensions of 115mm in diameter and a 22mm bore, it is
engineered for use on standard angle grinders.

The Medium grade offers a balanced approach, effectively removing rust, coatings, and minor imperfections while
leaving a smooth, satin finish without the deep scratches often associated with coarser abrasives. This makes it an
excellent choice for a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, other metals, and even some non-ferrous
materials, where a consistent and controlled finish is crucial for the next stage of the project
