The distinctive DOMINO profile combines the alignment advantages of a flat biscuit with the strength of multiple conventional round dowels. Its elongated shape locks the workpieces against rotation from the very first tenon, while the broad contact surfaces provide excellent mechanical stability and a generous area for adhesive bonding. Specially formed glue pockets and longitudinal grooves help distribute adhesive evenly throughout the joint. They also allow excess glue to escape as the tenon is inserted, helping the components seat fully and creating a secure, dependable connection. Projecting guide ribs centre the DOMINO inside the routed mortise for precise workpiece alignment and clean, flush assembly.
